CARE GUIDE
Wax canvas is a canvas fabric treated with a layer of wax to help repel water and add durability. This material has a stiff texture and slightly heavier weight. Over time, the wax coating develops a unique character, creating a leather-like patina that gives the fabric a more vintage look. Wax canvas is not designed to be washed frequently, as the wax coating is not permanent and can wear off through regular use and washing. To help maintain the wax layer, please follow these guidelines:
- Do not wash frequently
- Spot clean only (wipe with a damp cloth or use a soft brush)
- If it develops an odor, simply air it out; avoid direct sunlight
- Do not iron directly
- If the wax layer fades, rewaxing can be done (please contact us)
